A. We are afraid we cannot give you any discount. If
you are purchasing our products for commercial purposes,

products non-commercial customers can order at one time.
Q. Can I order in bulk as an individual person?
A. We are afraid an individual person cannot place an
order in bulk. If you are purchasing our products for

About Shipment
Q. Which courier do you
use?
A. To ship products which meet the EMS standard, we use the EMS service offered
by Japan Post. Other products are delivered by DHL. For more details, please
refer to About Shipment and Delivery Dates.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. For products which meet EMS standards, please
click here. For other products, we will let you know on
a case-by-case basis.
Q. How long does it take to have a product delivered?
A. All the craft products are made-to-order. For more details, please refer to About

Q. Can I specify the date and time of delivery?
A. We are afraid you cannot do so at the moment.
Q. Can I specify a courier?
A. We are afraid you cannot do so at the moment.
Q. I live in France. Can I have a product sent to someone
in Japan?
A. We are afraid this online shop is for customers overseas
only. We have a Japanese site,too. If you wish to ship to an address in Japan please go through the Japanese site.
Q. Can I have a product delivered to someone else?
A. Yes, you can. Please choose "Send to Another Address"
and enter the shipping information in the purchaser information

A. Yes, you can. We offer traditional Japanese gift wrapping.

A. We are afraid you cannot change the shipping address
after an order has been placed.

A. You can cancel your order if your payment has not yet been

away for a long time.
