A. SSL is used, so the information entered in the personal information screen is encrypted to protect your personal information.

Q. I forgot my password.
A. Don't worry. The password you used before is not final, and there is no need to remember it. If you forgot your password, please choose "New Customer" and enter your personal information and a new password. For more details, please refer to Forgot your Password?

Q. My E-mail Address has changed.
A. Please use the e-mail address you use for PAYPAL.

Q. Can I get a discount on products and shipping charge for ordering in bulk?
A. We are afraid we cannot give you any discount. If you are purchasing our products for commercial purposes, please let us know. 5 items is the maximum number of products non-commercial customers can order at one time.

Q. Can I order in bulk as an individual person?
A. We are afraid an individual person cannot place an order in bulk. If you are purchasing our products for commercial purpose, please let us know. 5 items is the maximum number of products non-commercial customers can order at one time.

Q. Can I place an order off-line?
A. We accept only online orders. We accept orders from commercial customers by telephone.

About Shipment
Q. Which courier do you use?
A. To ship products which meet the EMS standard, we use the EMS service offered by Japan Post. Other products are delivered by DHL. For more details, please refer to About Shipment and Delivery Dates.

Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. For products which meet EMS standards, please click here. For other products, we will let you know on a case-by-case basis.

Q. How long does it take to have a product delivered?
A. All the craft products are made-to-order. For more details, please refer to About Shipment and Delivery Dates.

Q. Can I specify the date and time of delivery?
A. We are afraid you cannot do so at the moment.

Q. Can I specify a courier?
A. We are afraid you cannot do so at the moment.

Q. I live in France. Can I have a product sent to someone in Japan?
A. We are afraid this online shop is for customers overseas only. We have a Japanese site,too. If you wish to ship to an address in Japan please go through the Japanese site.

Q. Can I have a product delivered to someone else?
A. Yes, you can. Please choose "Send to Another Address" and enter the shipping information in the purchaser information screen. For more details, please refer to Order Instructions.

Q. Can I request gift wrapping?
A. Yes, you can. We offer traditional Japanese gift wrapping. For more details, please refer to About Wrapping.

Q. Can I track the delivery status of my package?
A. You will receive a shipping notification message. In the message, URL to track the delivery is included. Please access the URL. Then, enter your invoice ID and make an inquiry. For more details, please refer to About Shipment and Delivery Dates.

Q. Is it possible to change the shipping address?
A. We are afraid you cannot change the shipping address after an order has been placed.

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. You can cancel your order if your payment has not yet been made. For more details, please refer to Payment Instructions.

Q. A product has been returned to the sender because I was away for a long time.
A. Please contact your local post office or shipping company.

A. We do not accept any payment made by other means.

A. We are afraid you cannot make payments with any other currencies.

A. Is the product inside broken? If there is a defect, Please refer to About Returns and Grievances and follow the instructions to return the product. We strive to deliver products in the best condition.
