About Returns and Grievances
About Returns
We accept returns and exchanges only in the event that your product is defective or the incorrect product has been delivered. Please refer to Inquiries regarding Returns and Grievance and contact us within 8 days after delivery. Make sure to enter your order number.

You can return a product/products by collect mail. Please follow the instructions provided and contact us.

- A defective product will be exchanged for an equivalent. You will receive a full refund in the event that there is no equivalent available.
- You will receive a full refund in the event that a product is out of stock.
- We do not accept exchanges or returns or give refunds for products damaged by mishandling on your side. The same applies if the damage incurred was not our fault.

We do not accept returns or exchange of the following products.
- Returns for your own convenience (i.e. A product is not what you expected. You ordered the wrong item.)
- Returns claimed later than 8 days after delivery.
- The product has already been used.
- Returns claimed due to damage caused by mishandling on your side.
- Returns of specified products including custom-made items and reserved items.

We will ask you to provide us with the images of a product to be returned to serve as proof of the defect. If you wish to return a product, please make your claim from Inquiries regarding Returns and Grievances.


Procedure for Returns
1. Use the Inquiries regarding Returns and Grievance form contact us.
2. We will send you a respose via email.
3. Please reply to this email, attaching 3 pictures of each product to be returned.
4. The images should be in JPEG or GIF format. W500 x H450 images will be appropriate.
5. We will check the images and e-mail you again. After receiving our approval, please send the product/products by collect mail.
6. When sending your product/products, make sure to enclose the original Order Sheet.
- - If your claim does not meet the conditions above, it may not be processed. Please return the product in the same condition as delivered (the product itself, packaging, box, case, etc.), or your claim may not be processed.
- We may not be able to process your claim in the event that the "Order Sheet" is not enclosed.
- We will bear the cost of shipping only, and will not bear tariffs and other fees. We will not be responsible for any loss and damage caused by using our product.
- Please make sure to contact us before you return the product/products. Returns by collect without our approval will not be processed.
- Please be advised to keep a copy of the original invoice for your own reference in case of futher gueries.

Refund Instructions
Refunds will be made to your PAYPAL account in U.S.dollars by PAYPAL. A refund will be made within 3 business days after we receive the returned product(s).

- You will be reimbursed with an amount eguivalent to the original price.



We also accept other complaints and claims.

Due to time differences, it may take a few business days before you receive a reply from us. If you do not hear from us after a few days, please select an appropriate form and submit your inquiry again. There might have been a failure such as delivery error.

It may take 4 or 5 business days to reply your inquiry depending on its contents. Please note that if you have used the wrong inquiry form there may be a delay in answering your query.
