We accept returns and exchanges only in the event that your product is defective or the incorrect product has been delivered. Please refer to Inquiries
regarding Returns and Grievance and contact us within 8
days after delivery. Make sure to enter your order number.
You can return a product/products by collect mail. Please follow the instructions
provided and contact us.

Please reply to this email, attaching 3 pictures of each product to be returned. |

The images should be in JPEG or GIF format. W500 x H450 images will be

We will check the images and e-mail you again. After receiving our approval,
please send the product/products by collect mail. |

When sending your product/products, make sure to enclose
the original Order
Sheet. |

- If your claim does not meet the conditions above, it may not be processed.
Please return the product in the same condition as delivered (the product
itself, packaging, box, case, etc.), or your claim may not be processed. |

Refund Instructions
Refunds will be made to your PAYPAL account in U.S.dollars by PAYPAL. A refund
will be made within 3 business days after we receive the returned product(s).
